I am disgusted with this company
I am disgusted with this company. I have been trying to get my washer drier fixed since April, they have taken £145 from me to do this (in April) and it is still not fixed 3 months later. I have been messed about by them 3 times and have lost 3 days of work/wages having to stay in for engineers. I have contacted them by email twice with no reply and tried to phone them several times but been left on hold over an hour. I feel like I have been robbed of £145 and want my money back.
Never buy Zanussi
Bought a Zanussi fan - very expensive top of the range. Will not assemble as faulty screw thread/poor quality part. Spent 30 minutes trying to fix it and another 45 minutes contacting Zanussi only to be told "not our problems as made by a 'contracting partner'" WTAF is that? 'Contracting partner' appears simply to be an importer, because they told me that they receive the units pre-assembled and dont have spare parts. Total scam, Zanussi lends its name to other regional operations for a fee on products that are not repairable.

Weeks and still no reply from Zanussi, my advice please do not buy from them!!! I would also give zero if I could and advise anyone thinking of buying a machine to buy on a credit card because you will have problems. 94% of us think Zanussi are terrible and not good and Zanussi do nothing about it!! They don't even reply, They are so complacent!! How bad is it that they just ignore the numerous complaints?
Zanussi ignore you cries for help when it goes wrong and it's just out of warranty!! I will never ever buy a Zanussi washing machine again or anything else from them, the after care is dire and non existent and they do not reply to emails. My repair chap told me to avoid Zanussi as parts are very expensive and they do not last. I wish someone had told me before I parted with 450.00 :(

3 appliances bought in September, all 3 broke! Impossible to get any customer care. Left out of pocket and without the hob for weeks. On hold with the team for ages every single contact attempt.

Paid over £700 for a Zanussi cooker that lasted 2 years 6 months. Within that period, the cooker door glass smashed without even touching it. Repaired within warranty but had to wait due to wrong part being delivered. Cook hob, kept playing up but always went back to working order. Finally, went off and Zanussi now due to fix with a cost of £140 plus. Also if it can't be fixed, we will need buy a new cooker. Really not impressed with the cooker or the service. £700 plus!!! Think twice before buying Zanussi.

Customer care disappointing
So far the product seems fine (a washer dryer) but my review is mostly for their customer service. Their support telephone line fails to connect you and just hangs up on you. If you use their chat it’s frustratingly slow as they seem to talk to multiple customers at the same time which just means everyone waits an age for a response to each message. I was promised they would call me and didn’t. On another occasion they transferred my chat to another team and it failed. Very frustrating and amateur. With regard to the product, on hanging the cupboard door, part of the fixing fell into the machine (a terrible piece of design) and to replace this small piece of metal they wanted me to pay £40!! Instead I had an engineer open the machine and retrieve it in about 60seconds. He said it happens all the time. As I said, the machine seems OK but I’d consider carefully buying from Zanussi or any other part of the group based on their post customer care.

Poor customer service
Ordered replacement freezer drawer. It arrived cracked so had to return it at a cost of £8.50 postage. Got refund on drawer but not on postage! Why should I have to pay to return faulty item? Three emails to their customer help desk but no one replies!

Two visits now and my washing machine still isn't fixed. First person diagnosed it incorrectly (according to the second visit), now waiting on parts to arrive... Been 4 weeks since I first started.... I made a booking that they changed without warning or explanation, now they've cancelled it again without explanation. Every time you call it's 20/30 mins wasted because they're 'very busy' (or just won't get enough staff). I was promised a partial refund due to poor service, which never happened so I had to call again to chase this. Whole process is hard work, absolutely no care for customers, clearly very happy for us to buy from another brand next time.

Hard to know where to start. I am actually writing this while on hold (again) to get through to arrange another repair. We made the mistake of buying a Zanussi product. A cooker that has failed to work for more than a few days since we had it. On five (5) occasions we have had a repair engineer around, replaced various bits, never worked. Last chap blamed the power into the property being too high. We had National Grid around and they confirmed this isn't the case and the power was within parameters. Interesting to note that all our other (non Zanussi) appliances work just fine.
My personal advice is don't go near this company or there products. I understand the go under the names : Electrolux and AEG as well as Zanussi.
Also worth pointing out, I tried to leave a product review on the Zanussi website - the site didn't allow my (1 star ) review to upload. An interesting move from their marketing team ?

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! My fridge hasn’t been working from day one but I couldn’t tell as it still felt cold to the touch. My dog and I both had become very sick, and I eventually realised it’s because of the fridge. After complaining since October it is still not fixed. The engineer that came gaslit me by saying that I don’t know how to use the fridge and that it is my fault!!! Eventually after I reported it again multiple times after they had “repaired” it, they found that it actually wasn’t operating properly and regassed it. After regassing they said I can’t use my fridge for 24 hours and so I had to chuck all my food away without warning me and even now it still doesn’t work and all now they have only offered me £50 as compensation. The fridge freezer is temperamental and goes hot and cold hot and cold & that’s why though it feels cold it’s not been maintained at that temp. I’ve been trying to get this fixed for over 6 months! I barely use my fridge, have to live on takeaways & can’t even make a cup of tea for myself. Stay away!

Booked a repair waited in all day then told I was sent email ( which I did not receive) to change the date,because I needed a gas engineer??? I was told a gas engineer was booked in when booking and paying upfront.

Don't buy a Zanussi oven. Ours didn't work properly and we are stuck with it
Bought a zanussi cooker and gas oven nearly a year ago. Ovens have never worked properly. Can't brown a cake, roast a potatoe or cook a pizza . Top oven too hot . Bottom oven doesn't cook. Pizzas raw. Roast potatoes anemic looking. Cakes won't rise or cook. Following guide for recommended setting for functions but it doesn't help cook the food. Have made several complaints to zanussi. Zanussi have contracted out their engineer service who send out technicians whose main function seem to be to fob you off and exhaust your enthusiasm and oppress you so much that you just accept their expensive, poor quality, poor functioning ovens. Don't buy a zanucci oven. If it doesn't work you will be stuck with it forever. We spent £600+ on a cooker that is not fit for purpose and are struggling to get satisfaction from Zanussi in addressing this.

Just bought a brand new washing machine…
Just bought a brand new washing machine from local shop plastered all over the machine and also in the user pack is ring this 0800 number to register your warranty and we will extend it to 2 years FOR FREE .Lady on the phone says it’s only if you buy it from John Lewis or it’s in a new build house.Never heard of this before,It’s a con to try and sell you a extra warranty, stay clear.it’s a rip off
